▲back to Job Opportunities PALLMANN Careers Posted on 2/1/2006 Warehouse Clerk Location: Clifton, New Jersey - USA This position will have the following qualifications and responsibilities: Qualifications: Warehouse experience of at least 3 years Well organized, takes pride in work Experience of organizing and tabulating physical inventory Understands and implemented cycle count systems a Plus Team player and good communicator Computer skills to include MS office products, Inventory management systems, freight and shipment tracking systems Freight and logistics experience – Arrange for pickup shipment packaging, etc. Import/Export experience to include all paper work requirements for NAFTA, EU countries Must be able to lift 50 lbs Experience forklift operator Work with freight forwarders Understands shipping and commercial terms
Responsibilities: Receive and validate incoming shipments Fulfills customers orders by picking, packing, and arranging for shipments Provides to inside sales weights and dimensions for shipments if required Completes all required paperwork for international shipments Lead person on Inventory Physical Management to include: Parts location Annual Physical inventory Warehouse organization and appearance Work on discrepancies with accounting on any adjustments Works closely with inside sales on status of orders and parts issues
