 There is always the danger of dust explosion when grinding sugar, therefore PALLMANN grinding systems are generally in explosion pressure proof design up to 10 bar. The sugar is ed into the Universal Mill, type PX via an explosion proof rotary air lock. Rotating pin grinding discs grind the sugar by impact. The produced sugar powder falls into a hopper and is discharged via a rotary air lock. The system concept avoids air being sucked in and moisture getting into the material.
