Processing of materials into cubes, strips or slices, such as frozen meat, fish and offal for the preparation of pet food, frozen fruits for ice cream processing, dairy products, and vegetables. Method of Operation The material is fed into the Rotorcutter automatically and load dependent through a feed chute. A stationary anvil guides the product to the inner cutting ring and holds it during the cutting process. First, the product is cut into slices and strips. The strips are then cut into cubes with the other cutting ring.
