Sugar Grinding System, type PXZU
Produce Best Sugar
Qualities with the PALLMANN Sugar Grinding Systems, Type
PXZU
Method of Operation
Crystal sugar is fed via a rotary air lock into
the Sugar Grinding System, type PXZU.
Pulverization of the crystal sugar is performed
by baffle impact between the grinding pins of a
stationary and rotating pin disc.
The
desired fineness of the powdered sugar can be
adjusted by the speed of the pin disc and by the
amount of the feed material. The pulverized
sugar falls into a hopper and is discharged via
the rotary air lock. Only small ventilation
filters are necessary. Cost intensive filter
systems and ventilators are inapplicable. Due to
the closed grinding system, no moisture is
introduced into the powdered sugar. |
