and tearing action
Method of Operation
Material is fed through a gravity feed chute,
either manually or via a conveyor belt. The
material is reduced between the two shredder
rotors. Due to different speeds of the two
rotors a shearing and tearing action takes place
between the breaker knives. In case of an
overload, the drive is automatically reversed.
The product is discharged into a container or
into any mechanical conveyor.
