Economical granulation of bulky up to solid plastic waste. For example, sprues, runners, thin walled injection molding waste, short pieces from pipes or profiles and thermoforming waste, etc.

Method of Operation

Material is fed by hand or with a conveyor belt. Granulation takes place between the knives of a slant cut rotor and the bed knives. The size of the granules produced depend on the hole size of the built in screen.

The granules are discharged into a collecting bin or as an option into a suction bin and then conveyed pneumatically to a cyclone separator.
