Micronizing of active substances, of blends of homeopathic substances and biotechnical products under aseptic clean room conditions requires a process technology calling for particular accuracy and quality. 

According to the GMP- and FDA- regulations and to the standards of the pharmaceutical industry PALLMANN offers machines and installations for the use in this field which match the strict CIP and SIP specifications.  For these applications, turbo mills of the REF type and PIN MILLS with one or two rotating discs are used.

The interior of the mills and dosing equipment have smooth surfaces and are free of dead angles.  The machine shafts are equipped with special seals.  The design of the installation allows easy cleaning with hot water resp. the sterilization by means of saturated steam.
