Method of Operation
 The feed
material is introduced into the impact hammer mill vertically from above.
Rotating swing hammers hit the incoming feed material in an upward action
and open up paper bundles in the pre-shredding chamber. Contaminants
travelling in the feed material are separated and discharged via a ballistic
discharge chute. The final preparation is effected against stepwise-arranged
breaker bars. The finished product is discharged through a sturdy screen
straight downward.

The well-proven
Impact Hammer Mill, type PHP converts any kind of waste paper into free
flowing paper chips for subsequent processing. The paper chips are welcome
raw material for mineral bonded board products. Impact hammer mills are also
used for the preparation of annual plants
