Service Centers in Europe, North and South America, as well as China supply the industry worldwide. Hereby we support ourselves on four major foundations:
The Service Team
The Technical Service Team is the center of our service activities. Experienced specialists from all our different machine sectors can give quick and competent advice to any customer. More than 30 experienced technicians allow us to react promptly and reliably.
Spare Parts Sale
"Instead of anything from anybody", the Service Center offers "ORIGINAL PALLMANN" spare and wear parts in proven quality. Thousands of parts are administered in a database and allow quick and reliable identification of the required spare part. After identification we manufacture and supply first-class quality products. These parts are manufactured, consequently tested and controlled on up-to-date machining centers before they leave our company.
The Service Warehouse
The SERVICE CENTER will store most important spare- and wear parts for our customers. Within the scope of so-called "call-up" agreements, we are internally warehousing the parts in our SERVICE WAREHOUSE, in order to dispatch them, quickly and in due time to the corresponding customer upon request.
Logistics
Another important section of the Service Center is Parts Logistics and Dispatch. Our dispatching specialists take care to ensure that the ordered wear- and spare parts leave our company on time and quickly reach our customers. Our cooperation with professional courier- and logistics companies ensures trouble-free dispatch - worldwide-.
